Re: Scariest film moment?
yea - when I saw "Jaws" for the first time - it freaked me out as well...
it also didn't help that after watching it, I then had to go upstairs and go to sleep... in a waterbed. I actually even had trouble getting to sleep or rather, without waking up b/c I had a nightmare about being out in the ocean {edit} I just checked that link w/ the most terrifying scenes... I can definitely "Fire Walk with Me" on that list, but def not "Mullholland Drive" (mmmaaaybe Lost Highway...) but it reminded me of the movie "It" - the movie itself almost became like a... urban legend. Like, it was sooooo incredibly scary that you should never watch it. Like, I remember hearing stories that some kids couldn't go to sleep for a long while w/o nightmares, and one kid I knew became completely afraid of clowns b/c of the movie. I actually still haven't watched it... only parts here and there (b/c it's soooooo long from what I recall) Last edited by joethelion; 10-11-2007 at 12:07 PM. |
