a bit of Jarvis Cocker (funny banter...pretty fun songs, too)
Faithless (my highlight of the weekend)
Evil Nine (empty Sahara tent...a shame)

Sat:

MSTRKRFT (I enjoyed them)

Arcade Fire (very much enjoyed them)

was in palm springs last weekend, but for work at a fresh produce trade show. i'm disappointed to admit that depsite seeing a documentary on coachella i only knew it was in the californian desert. infact i only found out on Thurday speaking to some canadian kids at the pool that it was on last weekend

my boss made it plainly clear there was no way i was having any time off to go a "bloody tree-huggers hippy love in"

worse was having to sit in the festival traffic driving to near the mountains with some swedish customers of mine to play golf where i could hear music in the distance.

that said, i have very fair skin and was reapplying factor 40 every hour on the golf course as i felt my skin burning. so the idea of partying in 110 Degrees F was not very appealing, far too hot for me
