Why would he sing live on a live broadcast based on music selection which is mixed...i mean,...let's not expect walking on water and levitation and shit like that.

tbh I never really assumed that it was live. It sure is a great mashup though

I never assumed it was a live vocal either. it may have been a live-mix of the two though.

as soon as i heard this, i tried to recreate it with my records of both tracks. it's not a straight 'start them both at the same time and let it run' sort of thing. they delayed some of the ring road vocals a few measures to have it nicely line up with minneapolis. also, the uw broadcast has just the vocal track whereas my approach, i just cut out the low end of ring road :P
