edit: i realised that wasn't particularly inviting. diplo had a hand in m.i.a.'s debut album arular which was championed, well, pretty much everywhere (i also think he had a lesser influence on her newest, the brilliant kala, but don't quote me on that).

considering this, a good amount (well, 3 bits) of m.i.a. makes it onto this mix, i think it's well worth the free download. there was supposed to be an interview with diplo accompanying this mix on pitchfork, but they've ponied up their links so it just 404's you.

Diplo opened up for Switch recently here in Toronto, and in my opinion, was the one who tore the roof off the place. his old school bombs, ragga feel, and wicked mixing was spot on.
cant wait for him to headline here.

That tracklist doesn't have everything. 'Bette Davis Eyes' by Kim Carnes and 'Numbers' by Kraftwerk was in there at some point.
