Re: Best SONG of the 80s
lol... tempted to say Blue Monday, but that's not much of a song... I'll go for "Relax" by Frankie Goes to Hollywood. Oh, and "family man" was miles bette than Private Eyes!

"Relax" is defintely a top contender for many different reasons.

"When Doves Cry", "Blue Monday", "Strings of Life", "Teen Age Riot", "The Message"...

LOL

Nevermind, what I said originally is not 80s.

Michael Jackson - Billie Jean
Public Enemy - Black Steel in the Hour of Chaos

Why does this suddenly feel like a Debbie Gibson site?

thats because theyre inbred blades fans from sheffield.

obviously anything from the album Dare by The Human League is far better, not only due to their musical godliness but because theyre not piggies from the other side of the city, theyre more classy Wednesday fans.

The album is so good that I consider it to be one song as its almost impossible to listen to it without listening to all of it at once

Alphaville : Forever Young

cheesy synths, and lyrics that fit the era when people were still worried about getting Nuclear annihalated.
