Hiya,

This has proabably been a thread before, but i have no attention span.

Ive been listening to this new album today in the car..

It is [COLOR=red]HOT![/COLOR]
[COLOR=#ff0000][/COLOR]
[COLOR=black]This is proabably the best album i have listened too in a long time, ive been hearing some great stuff recenlty - Mark Ronson, Mika, Chemical Brothers, Lily Allen (Shut Up), The Killers, Kaiser Chiefs, CSS.. But this one is the one i will mostly playing this month.[/COLOR]

Im not gonna do a track by track review, ive never really cared much for Groove Armada (despite seeing them live at Coachella once whilst waiting for Ladytron), but after seeing their live performance at Radio 1 Big Weekend, i thought i would see what their new album was like.

Im glad I did. Hightly recomended. Amezin.

yeah, i second this. to an extent. i would call it really fun, but not amazing.

but SO better than lovebox.

Ah yeah I spotted this in the record shop the other day. Lovebox had it's moments but not fantastic. Looking forward to hearing this though.

Hmm, i didn't even know this was out. Will check it soon...
I really like "Lovebox", as it seems the most consistent in terms of production and eclectic sounds (a few downtempo jazzy tracks, lots of electro-rock, a few straight-up house tracks). But the other records have disappointed me..."vertigo" sounds really dated, despite its release date..., like it was the first record they made witha computer or something. "Goodbye country hello nightclub" is lovely for "Superstylin" and "Fogma", but i find most of it really boring... dunno, maybe i'm not the biggest fan, or maybe i just want a lil more uptempo!!

Have to agree that it is VERY fun. Jury is still out on the "amazing" judgement. But Mike's description as hot is fitting.

"The Girls Say" is wicked fun. The others I'm still on the fence with...kinda meh.

watched them live 2 days ago and they were very good live though.
