Recovered and remastered a couple ambient/experimental records that were released on the late, great Secret Station Records circa 2010-2012. I was very pleased with the weird sounds and overall mood of these conceptual records back then, though admittedly lo-fi. Do they hold up? You tell me!

Mental Health Consumer: Far Above the World Tonight

Conceptual album about a forgotten satellite's messages sent and path above earth, the record is an immersive soundscape of celestial melodies, found sounds, field recordings, and otherworldly effects.

Gears in the Rain: Right on the Edge
https://jiriblazek-brianruskin.bandc...ht-on-the-edge

The first Gears in the Rain album is comprised of abstract ambient and experimental soundscapes that score storms both literal and figurative. Field recordings, plaintive guitar, drones, tones and willingness to switch and mix genres make "Right on the Edge" a compelling listen. After the 7 main tracks fade, 4 alternate mixes that radically and pleasantly reshape the tunes.
