ok so here's the deal

on August 11th i placed a bet

it was a £5 each way accumulator on the outcome of the top 4 Leagues in England,

I chose

MK Dons (8/1) for League 2 - which they won
Swansea (10/1) for League 1 - which they won
West Brom (15/2) for the Championship - which they won

and finally

Man United (11/8) for the premiership

now all i need is United to finish top of the teague to win the bet - but the bastards are holding out to do so until the last day of the season - and now i'm panicking!! My Own team could let me down...

now ordinarily a bet isn't worth a great deal of money, but the outcome of this accumulator if all teams win is £10,200!!!! (if United come second i still get £200 but thats nothing in comparisson)

so all i ask is that U dirts pray for me - its worth some money

usually United vs Wigan would be a shoe-in but i can't help thinking the season has some twists....

This sort of story has The Sun's feel good/rubbish page 3 story written all over it. Hope you win it for the money and for Utd. At least you bloody lot haven't bought your way to the top!
