Yan tried for a while with The Bible Isn't Long Enough - don't know if you remember? Didn't make any difference.

The only way around this would be to go back to all new user requiring an admin to agree them. And the admins don't necessarily have time for all that. But janitors don't mind taking the mop round. Between us all, with the different time zones, I doubt if anything nasty is posted for more than a coupla hours
