Played til the sun came up.

Anyone have a setlist?

Re: So what news...of Gdynia?
you're gonna burn me right away, but it was my 1st time i saw underworld live (after all thos years waiting). AND i am disappointed. i really heard better bootlegs than that.
why?
  1. i have no ide who the 3rd guy was, but it looked like he was learning all the time. All the time Rick was talking to him changing something or correcting (?).
  2. maybe that's why tracks were separated and sometimes end unexpectedly.
  3. ppl were completely not ready for them (and probably never will). i can't dance while there are ppl around me who can't feel it at all. just standing and yawning.
  4. technicans were roaming all the time. fixing something, checking, etc...
so maybe i was staring at the stage too much, but all that gave me impression that it wasn't prepared well.
but i there were 2-3 tracks which i haven't heard before and they were amazing (as always). hope it's from the upcoming album.

the 3rd guy is Darren Price, long time Underworld dj and now part of the band (at least for the live show). So I guess he must still be learning since this was only his 3rd show (although obviously they had rehearsals). From the pics it looks like he's having a hard time

Re: So what news...of Gdynia?
well they always talked on stage... there is no way around that when you have HUGE flowing tracks. not like a rock band which playes 4 minute rehearsed songs.

and in a festival atmosphere its always gonna be more chaotic. sound systems are set up for dozens of bands instead of just for UW. at a solo UW concert all the fans are there just for them, the sound is set up just for them, the lights just for them, etc. MUCH more cohesive experience i think

Well to be fair, when i saw UW @ T in the park 2003, there was an awful lot of stop and start as well,so its nothing new really!
