FYI: I exported the images from the PDF and the resulting JPEGS are:
LBT: 1419 x 710 PFE: 2835 x 1417 In other words the Pizza For Eggs image is twice as big. The PFE image is 800kb vs 277kb for the LBT one. I've made new covers for myself but I won't be posting them here as they are part of the copyrighted material contained in the zip, unless I can come to some sort of proof of purchase solution
