What are the choir voices in "Dark Hard" song ?

What are those church choir like voices at around 7:20 min in the "Dark Hard" song and onward? Is it a type of keyboard organ sound or a real male singing sample of someone ? If so then what is he saying ? To me the voice sounds like it's saying "BEFORE WE DANCE, and BEFORE WE DANCE" !!

I obviously know this isnt right, but I've always sung "har-vey danger" to myself because I I was probably listening to Flagpole Sitta quite a bit when I finally got this single.

No I highly don't think so, because the words / lyrics are obviously different and has longer sentence structure from what I observed through listening.

oh the band is Harvey Danger, and the song is Flagpole Sitta. it was an out-of-nowhere and massive hit in the late 90s. I probably hunted down all of the Dubno singles around that time and for some reason that's what I heard in that portion of Dark Hard. ended up becoming how i sang it (to myself)

So I just finished listening to the song you told me about and I can sorta see why you would make that comparison to the lyrics saying the artist name "Harveeey Danger". And it's a really cool song and thanks for introducing me to a new addiction to my playlist lol.

ha! youre very welcome! that entire album is quite good and their story is pretty funny as well; the two founding members decided that they wanted to make a band ? except neither knew how to play any instruments.
