However, what you say sounds familiar, and I did find at least one listing that had it listed as "Change". If there are any that say that, I'd lean towards that being an error that was corrected in later pressings.

Yes, I believe the 5:16 version that appears on Volume Eight is also structurally different.

Don't have Volume 8 so can't confirm - but just checked the CD for Wasted, and it definitely lists the song as Change on the back of the CD case (don't have the book handy)...

For what it's worth, anyways.

I do have the booklet that came with it and it is mentioned there as "Why Why Why?".

either title makes sense, really, since there is a vocal sample that says "change" throughout the track. i believe it is the same sample used in "spoonman?"
