I was going to direct you to the RTSR FTP, because as you know already that is the default answer to "where can i get x..."

BUT to my embarrassment I have checked and it's not on there... so i will see if i can upload it there later today (it will be in the "upload" folder when i'm done).

Thx Mike from a fellow Mike. Have just re-joined RTSR (I was a member but lost my internet connection plus email owing to unemployment) I'm now back online with a new email and am currently waiting confirmation from the moderator.
