Barking Pre-Order (Problems)

So it's now more than two weeks after the release date and still no sign of the box set, which I ordered and paid for on July 24th.

It's such a pity that ordering through the band's own website has been such a disappointing experience, and not just for me it seems. I hope the people on the band's side of this are listening and taking note. I for one will be writing to them with my thoughts once the box arrives, although at this point it looks more likely that I'll end up with a refund...
