Antony & the Johnsons
I just listened to this music, and I must say that this is great, I mean is nothing new, however i like it, i don't know the album's title, tracks..... anything. I just listened to and I [love[/B] it.

I think he/they are nominated to this year's mercury prize.

cheers!

Re: Antony & the Johnsons
First album (self-titled) is utterly, utterly outstanding. Lush, beautiful, probably one of my favourite records ever.
I Am A Bird Now is good, too, although I don't think the stripped-down sound suits the group (or at least Antony's voice). Some amazing songs and still a good record, though... amazing to hear all the guest vocalists on the same record, too!

Re: Antony & the Johnsons
I love Antony, and I have just about everything I have found by him, but I think he has evolved on I am a bird now. I love the first album by heart, but he is on a path to become just better and better, with all the ep's and stuff he has done. I am a bird now is fantastic!

I found out today that he is playing in my hometown 12. november, so i'm really excited. Have never seen him live, so i'm really looking forward to beeing there.
