I remember the spoken word piece having much of the same dialogue as crossing border but spoken by Karl. At one point Karl describes a beautiful photograph of a car with a dead rat attached to it that "stinks". Also talking about cell phones in dead zones and not picking up hitchhikers, pressure drop, Toots and the Maytals.

I don't know where it came from. Anyone else remember this?

I REMEMBER THAT!!!!!!!

There used to be a Real Player/ Real Audio File on the old Underworld 'fan page' that Yannick ran called RTSR (it was kinda like the 'official' unofficial UW fan webpage)

I have periodically asked about this for YEARS but either no one has it, or really remembers it
