A new Lansing-Dreiden EP is out
Anyone else into these guys? I thought they were done until they came out with a new EP a couple days ago. When I heard "A Line You Can Cross" for the first time I was utterly and completely blown away. I'd never heard any song so perfectly compliment an icy-slick, eighties-club vibe with total modernity.
The new EP, "Tri", didn't have the same mesmerizing effect on me, but it's a free download (or stream) at http://www.lansing-dreiden.com/ so check it out if you feel so inclined. |

Re: A new Lansing-Dreiden EP is out
I liked their first album, and it got some positive reactions around here. But listening to them recently, it doesn't sound as good as it used to. I'll check out this EP. Are they still doing the whole 'mysterious' thing and not revealing who they are?

Re: A new Lansing-Dreiden EP is out
The Tri EP's more in the vein of their second album rather than their first. Jorge Elbrecht, the vocalist/guitarist/songwriter from the band Violens, says he's a member of L-D, and you can definitely hear it in their music.
