Re: your magical dream UW setlist?!
born slippy nuxx 2003 > born slippy nuxx > born slippy nuxx - ricks ambient mix > born slippy instrumental version
oh hang on.... as much as perfect sets go, i like them to feature my fav tracks and not the tracks i don't really like... i'd be happy with moaner, mmm, dirty epic, dark and long, luetin, spoonman all in one set but usually UW do deliver with the good sets, and to be fair they are pretty varied in style and order

Re: your magical dream UW setlist?!
Ok, I've put more thought into this. I'll try and keep it in the realm of 2.5 hours (15ish songs). Let's just assume that every song has an improv that leads into the next song.
Opening: Darc Juanita NUXX* Second Set: Crocodile Peach Tree 5 Points Dirty Epic Inflatables: Two Months Off Rowla Spoonman Dark Train Closing Set: Bamboo Beautiful Burnout Born Slippy Original** Encore: JAL to Tokyo Cowgirl/Rez*** * progressively sped-up Dirty Guitar Intro ** with full 'stuttering voice' sample *** with breakdown/church organ/random-popsong-lyrics 'tween the two. This.
Any combo of songs that will require medical attention afterwards is AOK with me Besides that, I'd love to hear Always Loved a Film live. |

Re: your magical dream UW setlist?!
the problem is, i can't come up with a setlist i WOULDN'T want to hear. so every time i read one that someone has posted, i think, "oooh yeah, that one."
maybe i'm just a sycophant but i'd be grateful to take any playlist they want to throw at me. |

Re: your magical dream UW setlist?!
has anyone noticed the lack of Jumbo from most of the perfect sets? this includes my own! aside from the HMH remix and old I Love Techno early playing, I find this song quite boring live these days.

Re: your magical dream UW setlist?!
i just dont think it's any good as a closer, but it carries the energy surprisingly well. they just should exploit the really thick thunk of the studio version more.
