I totally agree with that. I love Best Mangu Ever & I think it's one of the best ending track of an album ever.

yeah, i blasted it on my speakers last night. total letdown. i could see it on riverrun or a single or something, but closing an album it's just not good.

Re: Best Mangu Ever
since genesis hardly ever did that song, here's a cover with almost identical guitar-work:

the song otherwise is not as interesting, but the guitar work from steve hackett is fascinating. especially the beginning and the section at about 1:50 when it goes way-uptempo. the singing is a bit off especially with the italian accent- you can't really tell what he's saying.

another great guitarist is michael gulezian- i saw him a couple of weeks ago at a friend's house:

the way he works the guitar is just amazing. a really good song he does that i can't find on youtube is called 'tumbledweeb'.

i love this song at the end of the album, 9+ minutes of brilliance. laid back easy feeling like ! i doubt i'll hear this live this tour ( or ever ), but thats okay.

What's the use of "wanting" the song to sound like Genesis?

This is the way Underworld wanted it. I LOVE the guitar sounds actually.

Re: Best Mangu Ever
I still cant get my head round this track either. Its ok, but not one of my favourites on the album. I agree its more of a RiverRun sounding track.
