Re: Second Toughest In The Infants Deluxe/Super Deluxe 2015
Wonder what the the odds are that the price drops in the US to equal the UK price? it's really unusual for it to be cheaper in the UK than in the US

The 4 disc boxset is now listed at $99.99 on Amazon. The price must have changed in the few days.

Some early NUXX live versions included:

Nuxx (From A4712 / Live At Zap Club, Brighton / 1994 / Remastered)
Nuxx (From A4733 / UW Live, Amsterdam / 1994 / Remastered)
Nuxx (From A2254 / Live At Liquid Room 2, Tokyo / 1994 / Remastered)
i am cross checking this with the gigography.

*update, all these are in the gigography

also, noticed this on the official site:

Quote:
Instantly get previously unreleased track Techno Thing and Born Slippy instrumental when you pre-order, then on release you will get a high quality MP3 of the original album remastered.
so even there it's 'techno thing'... hmmm..

It actually really irritates me that something as simple as this can be misspelled. Surely all this data came from one source? If data is copy and pasted, how can it be misspelled either way?

Perhaps that is an over simplistic way of looking at it. Still, its annoying.

It might be as simple as spellcheck on one of the submission platforms helpfully "correcting" it.

Well, if we are going to question things.

Is it really born slippy instrumental now?
Instead of just 'born slippy', there's many instrumentals.

So unless it says original instrumental or '...' (which I'm not sure where it originated)

*on a pearls girl single, it says 'original instrumental mix'

Who knows?

On a UK release (that I don't recognise) http://www.discogs.com/Underworld-Pe.../release/63705

it says

Notes
Text on circular sticker on front reads: "Includes original instrumental mix of Born Slippy"
The version of Born Slippy here is a slightly longer version of the original.

Re: Second Toughest In The Infants Deluxe/Super Deluxe 2015
Yeah, sometimes they refer to it as "instrumental" or "original instrumental" or "breakbeat version" just as a way to distinguish it from the far more well-known NUXX version, which most people would identify as "Born Slippy".

As twicezero says, there are actually 2 versions of Born Slippy. One at 8:31 and one at 8:57.
