ok, got back from the show..

well, since i knew what to expect..
i was in more of a 'documentary' mode..

it's not the best footage, but i have about 1/2 the
show...or maybe a little bit more..mostly the begininng
and ending.. OF COURSE, DIRTY EPIC!!!

1st ) its just a simple canon powershot, so don't expect great
results.. i filmed half in 640x480 mode, and some in 720p (1280x720) mode..

2) of course i was bumped a lot, i'm not that tall, and a lot of the footage is hands,
heads, and other people filiming (of course)... but looking at it now.. .it's more of
my view (from near the soundboard area).. being up front wouldn't have helped..
more bumping etc... and yes a lot of crowd noise

3) that being said, the audio is actually pretty decent.. i was surprised at how good
it came out.... and the underworld sound guys did a great job of not making it too loud..

just wanted to share what an awesome experience i had last night. it was my first techno/dance concert and it blew my mind! it was a blast meeting up with everyone here from the board - really great bunch of people. it was a blast to share the incredible experience with you guys!

ok,

this is my first video posting ....
couple of things to remember....

1) it's from an audience perspective .. so you'll see a lot of heads,
hands, cameras (etc).. it gets better in the latter videos...

2) this is part 1 of 6 .... lost 'king of snake', oh well, somehow my
memory card messed up, i got some video, but no audio... no problem..
i'm sure there will be plenty of other videos etc...

3) the original was shot in 720p, i downsized it to 640x360 for youtube,
i have a really slow upload rate, so it takes awhile even for smaller videos..

In all honesty, I skip Scribble when listening to the new album, but live, Scribble is off the fucking hook! I absolutely loved it, especially the drop after the spoken word part. The ah-ah ah-ah layering, while simple, really added something special.

That show. Wow.
