Strange RingRoad Sighting
This blew me off my chair. Was listening to OWB when somebody sent me a link to this viral (double pun) game:
http://www.crazymonkeygames.com/Pandemic-2.html Start a new game and you will know what I mean! Didn't know that UW was into Game Soundtracks |

Re: Strange RingRoad Sighting
great spot!
unlikely that UW has anything to do with this though, because Ring Road uses a stock sound from a sample library... For example it's in the Star Wars episode from Familiy Guy, too. Overall I don't care which samples UW use as long as they fit... but still I wonder why they used this one so blatantly.

Re: Strange RingRoad Sighting
Fun Fact: The soundtrack to the original Pandemic was my song Ants in Blue Gel
Blips and I were talking about getting my music into another project, but... I'm not sure what happened to that.

Re: Strange RingRoad Sighting
Alright, now I don't feel so bad about wanting to drop verses on the Ring Road instrumental.

Rip-off of "Ring Road"?
I came across a Flash browser game today called "Pandemic 2", and as I started to play it, I thought that the music sounded pretty good for one of these things, but that it also sounded very familiar. It sounds to me like they've taken the opening to "Ring Road" and modified it slightly (slowing it down, mixing in some other stuff). What do you guys think?
