random Depeche Mode question
So I was browsing through Beatport...

and I pretty much randomly decided to type in Depeche Mode, but then I noted a few remixes that were new to me

and they all seem to be 'territory restricted' for some reason or another.

Ghost (Le Weekend Remix)
In Chains (Minilogue's Air Remix)
Little Soul (Thomas Fehlmann "Feathers and Tears" Remix)
Little Soul (Thomas Fehlmann "Flowing Epos" Mix)

so - are they only available on Beatport? And what country do you have to be in to buy them?

...and is it just me or is it SUPER annoying that neither the "iTunes subscription version" or "deluxe mega box set" versions of "Sounds of the Universe" had these tracks?

*the big box version had: "In Chains (Minilogue's Earth Remix)" and "Little Soul (Thomas Fehlmann Flowing Ambient Mix)" while the iTunes subscription verison had the Dub version of the Fehlmann's remix

I've even checked on DEPMOD.com - which I'd normally say has the 'definitive' listings for Depeche Mode promo's and songs... but it doesn't list any of the above tracks...

Wow, i'd love to get those other 2 Fehlmann remixes. I've got the Flowing Ambient mix but anything with Fehlmann in the credits is a must own for me.

I remember reading about the Fehlmann remixes and even getting a one time listen some time in the past.

Re: random Depeche Mode question
yea - the other Fehlmann remixes seem pretty cool and different than the two that I've got... (just judging by the beatport samples)...

as soon as I get home, I'm going to make sure I put the two that I've got back onto my iPod

the "Ghost" mix seems kinda meh but that different Minilogue mix seems nice

yes - it seems that way.

You get:
"Little Soul (Thomas Fehlmann Flowing Ambient Mix)"
off of the "Deluxe" version of their last album (the one that comes with 2 bonus cd's and a dvd)

"Little Soul" (Thomas Fehlmann Flowing Funk Dub) – 10:03
off of the "iTunes subscription version"

when I get home in a bit - I'll double check track times and whatnot... but I don't think it's just Beatport re-naming pre-existing tracks
