Re: 2017-03-17 Alexandra Palace
So, I ordered two tickets for my friends last Thursday to be shipped here to NL (not that far), and they still havent arrived. I have a ticket for myself from Resolute (thanks for that) - but I've mailed the ladies at TheSundayClub (Danielle is on maternity leave still) and no response. I'm flying today and its not looking good. Mike Bower has a spare I think but this is a sad state of affairs when tickets ordered a week ago still havent been delivered. Anyone else got a spare?

Hello,

Thank you for your email.

I will speak to the venue today to ask for duplicate tickets to be made available for you at the box office.

Please can you take a copy of your order confirmation and some valid ID to the venue with you, you will need to ensure that you have enough time to collect these before the event.

Your original tickets posted to you are now invalid. We will be in touch should there be any further update.

We hope you have a great time at the show.

Kind Regards,

Elle
TM Stores

Props to the TM Stores people for helping out!

Oh man this is like waiting for Christmas to come. So stoked for tomorrow.

If any of you fine people see a dark haired lady wearing either a Hiroshima Carp tshirt or a Suara Records shirt (A cat in a banana) and black jeans come by and say hi!

Well that was great. Ricks set was lush (especially downpipe), strange people Walking round on stilts, projections of Karl's art, nice to see a couple of tunes added to the set list, EEish version of Rez/Cowgirl, a couple of new prints at the merch stand, 10000+ people, feels like they put a lot of effort into the gig :-)

Fucking awesome - Kittens, Cups, Moaner, marvellous.
No announcement about it, but the gig was professionally filmed on multiple cameras - cross your fingers for a DVD. Well worth the round trip from Glasgow.

Re: 2017-03-17 Alexandra Palace
Great gig, more than I expected really,

Rick was amazing, starting off slow then building some fab tunes, we were about 10 feet from his console, looked like a duplicate of the stage console.

Setlist:
Mmm Skyscraper
Juanita
I Exhale
If Rah
Dark Train, with 6 dancers on stage and great lasers
Two Months Off
Scribble
Cups
Ring Road lyrics with a Minneapolis bed - think that confused some
King of Snake, with great green lasers, off beat syncopation at the end
Kittens with unusual 'halls' sounds and a stronger marching beat
Jumbo
Low Burn
Rez with a different middle breakdown
Cowgirl
Moaner
Born Slippy NUXX, straight in, no messing - long outro

A few mistakes and deffo a few minor sound changes and minor variations, the new songs were just standard, the older ones seemed to have more changes - nothing major.

Great crowd, no encore, it was asked for, house lights came up - think there is a curfew at Ally Pally

6 dancers each side, and at least 10 each side during Born Slippy :-)
