I assume so...it probably wouldn't matter, but I haven't seen the movie and can't say with any certainty that there are no spoilers of the 2nd season.

From what I've heard, the movie takes place after 2nd Gig and works off from that. Personally, I'd watch 2nd Gig first just in case any spoilers are present in the movie.
