no, i don't mean it like a right or wrong type thing. i meant that when i saw it in theaters (first viewing) some scenes seemed very long to me. then, when i rewatched on DVD, those long scenes seemed much more digestible. might have to do with knowing the outcome and when the tension will break.

I finally caught this one too. I think it is my favorite of his films. But this is because I like the long dialogue scenes.
My only complaint was that I didn't want it to end. I thought that they should have showed a scene of them returning to the USA, or in the USA. I don't feel that the movie had a resolution, even though it did. It seemed to end abruptly. |
