Damn, I wish they'd play Photographic. Let's wait and see what they'll do in Holland.

That someone would be a fool, DM have played Just Can't Get Enough quite a bit during their recent tours as an encore... at least during exciter.

AFTERTHOUGHT EDIT: scratch that, it was prolly the Paper Monsters tour.

i hope youre being sarcastic. the song was written 25 years ago on a childrens bontempi organ in the style of gerry & the pacemakers with a new-romantic twist by a band member who fucked off later to form a partnership with a man in a rubber catsuit. i'd just had enough back then and i've just had more than enough of it now. no amount of tweaking and tinkering can make this sound good again. you cant polish a turd.

Re: Depeche Mode News
us remixes suck because the suits at mute are picking formulatic remixers (aka any suck ass that sound like junior vasquez) in calderone and dj dan. calderone is a classic formula kind of 'remixer'..all of his mixes are the same..never pushing the envelope..just the same ol remix he makes for sweaty shirtless men to prance around with..and dj dan? hell he's been sucking since the 90s.

that said...what the fuck happened to some promising remixers..people like phil weeks, antione calderman, anders trentemoller..

never have truer words been said. Of course if I had to pick an oldie it would be Master and Servant. Or Ice Machine- Infinitely better live than the original.
Saw them again last night, got a closer view of Dave's divine abs .

Was majorly impressed with the show's overall setup (excellent light show & video projections, sometimes split into 6 subdivisions giving the crowd multiple angles/perspectives, awesome sci-fi looking space pods as keyboard stands, the visuals people definitely know what they're doing).

Was not impressed with:
Jock guys too macho to shake their booty.
The last song.

Fav songs from last night: World in my eyes (never heard a hotter song in my life), Suffer Well, Everything Counts. Somehow I didn't enjoy 'enjoy the silence' as much as i used to at their shows.
