Re: Long Slow Slippy limited edition vinyl
These two tracks are pretty much instantly forgettable. I can forgive Spuds as a soundtrack song but it doesn't need an official release. Slow Slippy, as its edit, is pretty bad. Never before did I scrub thru my first listen of an UW track... until now.

Ha slow Slippy really is just a bit of Nuxx slowed down. Save your money folks, Underworld are having us on. What a joke.

Both tracks are equally bad. Total waste of time.

Re: Long Slow Slippy limited edition vinyl
After watching the film, Slow Slippy actually works pretty well in that context. It's used on a couple of occasions and fits the scene it's soundtracking.

Re: Long Slow Slippy limited edition vinyl
Yeah, the song's so culturally linked with the original film that I can imagine a warped (but recognisable) version of it could work in context of the film. But as a standalone track... eh.

Re: Long Slow Slippy limited edition vinyl
I'm skipping on listening to the edit with all your input. I'll just wait for the vinyl to arrive so I can spin it myself. Considering I don't really buy music anymore due to streaming services, the premium price on this is a minor setback. I only purchase to support the band. It's been a while since I've purchased a single without listening to it. Kind of reminds me of a time when I used to do this regularly...

It's strange that the release date now 02.27. But the viny has already released. So why is the new release date?

Re: Long Slow Slippy limited edition vinyl
I only heard the short version, but it's not but. Maybe it's a bit empty without the vocals, but not bad. I want to hear the long version!
