if anyone is still looking for a copy I have one that I found whilst moving house.

I doubt it as this thread is so old but worth an ask. it has photo numbered and signed.

perfect condition (I have never read it only flicked through the pages).

I used to have one of the numbered copies years ago, complete with photograph. Stupidly misplaced it while moving across country. Never really thought I'd ever have a chance to replace it.

And to anyone else reading this: I would really, really like to purchase a numbered and signed edition, preferably with photo but if without, I'm also interested. I'm offering $100.
