Keeping your beer cool
Recently Grolsch here have launched a campaign where they are giving away free beer coolers. Remote controlled at that! But how do you keep your beer cool in the park/away from home?
The grolsch thing if you want to buy it: http://www.grolsch.nl/Default.aspx?p...kip-agecheck=1 and a couple of other cool looking ideas i found: Tinchilla! http://www.cybercandy.co.uk/search/i...%20Cooler.html IC Can: http://www.tempratech.com/chill1.html Remote control beer cooler (similar to the grolsch thing): http://www.ozgadgets.com.au/remote-c...er-cooler.html same cooler more pics: http://www.thedrunkengoat.com.au/?stg=502&view=502 Hand powered version of the Tinchilla? http://rinkya.blogspot.com/2009/12/i...0-seconds.html I like this idea of cool beer in 90 seconds. cant see how it wouldnt squirt all over the place tho when you open the can. Plus I think a cooler for bottles would be handier here... Anyone got tips/gadgets?

Re: Keeping your beer cool
Hmmm $350 is a bit much.
and "warm" beer i can save for drinking real ales in a bar (which are just kept at cellar temp, not really "warm"). drinking unchilled lager/pilsener out of a can is just wrong no-one seriously thought about this? carrying a cooler box around is impractical.
