Re: collectors' corner
Has anyone tried to play it with an emulator such as PCSX2? I would try it, but my copy is still sealed and I want to know if it works first.

Re: collectors' corner
For those out there who don't want to fork over the cash or crack the plastic of the sealed copy, there are other copies floating around in the electronic ether of the interwebs.

I'll try it out in an emulator when it's finished.

Re: collectors' corner
So I was going through my UW collection and found a Lovely Broken Thing promo cd (not mp3 format) on Chrysalis. I never played it until today, I assumed it would be the version I already knew. Well it's not, this cd does not mix the tracks so it plays the full version of all the tracks.
At just over 33 minutes, it's nearly 5 minutes longer than the mixed version.

Tracklist with times (and mixed version times)

1. JAL to Tokyo 5:48 (5:37)
2. Billy Goat 6:06 (6:02)
3. Peggy Sussed 2.25 (2:21)
4. Dub Shepherd 2:47 (2:36)
5. Lenny Penne 10:25 (7:07)
6. Monkey Wink 3:44 (3:01)
7. Witness 1:50 (1:53)

Lenny Penne has a long in- and outro with the 'rainfall sound' - that's about it.

Nice find. To have all the tracks on their own, divided into tracks like that, is great. It's perfect for DJ sets and stuff. Would you mind putting the extended Lenny up? Even if it's just for the long in/outro.

Re: collectors' corner
i'm not really sure where to post this...

but i'm going to do what bigscreensatellite did..

=====================================

YES, the time has come.... there's going to be a
massive sale in a few months......

i've just got to get the rest of my collection and consolidate it first..

i'll be digitizing all my records / cd's / etc....

-----------------------------------------------------

you know what that means...

yes, the -1 collection will be up for sale..

(and if you've been reading other threads, i think
you'll know why)..

it's really time for me to stop clinging to a lot of
stuff that i have (and that means the rest of my
music collection also)..

i've got 20+ years of cds/vinyl/cassette/minidisc etc to sell off..

yeah its 5am, and maybe i'm just feeling crazy..

and i've threatened to do this a few times before..

but i mean it now.... you'll see...

i'm going to give people on the dirty board first choice
of buying things, and you WILL get a fair price on things..

i'm not even worried about making money from it, its just time
to move on..

does this mean, i don't like underworld? or music?

FAR FROM IT............. i'm enjoying their music even more,
and i still listen to music everyday..

i've had the pleasure of being able to collect their stuff for over
a decade now, and its time for others to enjoy it, instead of it
just sitting around collecting dust..

also, i might keep some of the autographed stuff.. but maybe not,
if i get a good offer..

keep your eyes posted on the board in the next few months..

you're going to see some amazing stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hold me to it !!!!!!!!!!!!!! i need to do this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there's a reason behind this (and yes, its partially due to an amazing woman!!)
and NO she's not making me do it, it's just that i've come to a
realization that people are always more important than things !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

be seeing you
+1
