Re: 2014-10-11 Royal Festival Hall
Yup thats my video. The only video I got on the night, sadly. I was tempted to record Surfboy, but I wanted to enjoy it and I saw plenty of cameras recording at the time, I thought one of those would end up on YouTube... however no sign of it yet!!

Anyway, I have updated the Gigography http://uwlive.rowla.com/gigs/view/496

Any photos people would like to share for the gallery, please send them my way!

Who maintains the gigography? I found some old setlists I kept at the time (Wolverhampton 1999, Brixton 2002) and want to add those in.

Not really a gig photo, but this was the view from my front row seat.

My ears took a while to recover.

I really like the clean look to these visuals, suits the clean nature to this remaster.

Re: 2014-10-11 Royal Festival Hall
Hi there,

So I got about 30 shots I am half happy with and I have shared them on my Flickr here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/davidd...7648378984668/

I had my long lens but was told by staff to put it away after The first song. So I snuck it out once Rez started up and grabbed a good few more before the end of the show.

I tend to prefer to enjoy the gig rather than shoot throughout so it wasn't too shit to have to put it away, I grabbed a few extra shots on the iPhone anyway.

Had a great night and it was nice to meet a lot of the Dirts before and after. Aesome gig and very different from anything else I will ever see from them.

As a side thing, I also have some nice shots from the Dublin gig during the Barking tour, I think Stimpee was at this one also (in the snow!): https://www.flickr.com/photos/davidd...7625481867532/

maybe next year they will consider that.

in the meantime, getting a recording or if they make a dvd, watching it once would be
enough for this type of show. because it will not change much.
Agree 100%. Saturday was ok and had some great moments, but could have been so much better. And, staff aside, what a ridiculous venue to choose.

Just wanna say it was great to meet the dirts, amazing bunch. Gig was phenomenal as everyone here said. It passed in the blink of an eye for me. Can't wait to hear the recording, and I really hope an official video does end up getting released, even though that might be a pipedream.
