I cut the video stream with Avidemux (direct copy audio/video) and I uploaded the results on Youtube.

i hope the vid is still up - cos my inet conection at home isn't very kind with stream videos. maybe i can watch it at my parents' house during the w/end.

The audio stream from the video file is rather low quality (96 Kbps). The direct audio stream (Listen button) is higher (128 Kbps, I believe), and the there was a live stream that was 192 Kbps. There's a lossless capture from FM source though, that's been posted to RTSR.

Use a stream ripper to download the video.

I tried with downloadhelper but no result... Seems it doesn't work with swf format.

Try Internet Download Manager OR Replay Media Catcher OR RipTiger to download the FLV file. It works with all of them.
