Re: _bareback_words_
PDFs are the easy way out! I'm gonna keep on truckin'! Here's the next color aquamarine.. hardest one I've had the pleasure of reading but its well worth it, its a great big hole into Karl's head not to mention his writing and music-making processes. ^__^
"I progressed swiftly to the personnel service and 'personnel' adds in the back of the Village Voice Was handed hard-core fliers from Jackie 60 a famous gay, lesbian: tranvestitish club in the meat packing district And was curious about my instant revulsion to copies of 'Screw Magazine' they were literally strewn around the studios of Electronic Lady Land of 8th street by its editor. who had a regular slot on Public Access TV that he punctuated thoroughly by yelling 'So Screw You!' That was the obvious place for me to begin picking up the fragments The dialogue and images around me were sort of 'easy' They just sort of 'appeared' As if they'd never been there before Street-speak Not slang Not that shit No I got tired of that really fast I mean everyday common-or-garden 'Local dialect' Fragments so changed you could take them thousands of miles away and they'd still come out stinking of the places you got 'em NewYork.. like most of America, is a film with the contrast turned up It was 'the easy place' to get started I could see them 'fragments' clearly pick out the stuff that grabbed me and get it on paper Write it down sample it That's where it began And for the next 4 years thats where everything 'began' for me Always returning to NewYork whenever it was time for us to start making a new record All I needed was a little booze and the night and I could write happily collect everything everything I encountered Spitting it out moving thru the beautiful dirty And in the morning It was all there on paper One half of the deal 'kept' and all I had to do was be the 'straight head' and decipher the scrawl That was the deal It worked and we stuck to it, me and the 'night worker' Producing our more resonant and financially successful work to date.... Suck the fragments out of the mouth of the woman in the pink jumper Sweet autumn air dressed in the contents of her lungs In the sun Then 'another' A bloke in a Bulls Cap sticks wires in his ears"

Re: _bareback_words_
No prob, I likes it.. yeah save a copy, I'm positive -1 will since he is the collector of everything and I know these will someday go into his Underworld museum for which I will get free tickets to. Heres the purple pages..
"reflecting neon's for those joined us at Stroud 'thankyou' 'thankyou' you going to London Clear Dear Awaiting the arriving reflected neon's stripped sticks slipping thankyous in the Dark rhythms gathering bags hats falling 'Is there a buffet?' 'Yes!' he's just Dark rhythms cautious between the seats When I wrote most of this originally When I gathered these 'images' I was drunk It made things simpler You should've been there That was a place to see And space enough in my head You could've sat up there and got it pure that's when you should've turned up and that's when you could've soaked it up it was good then pure something worth it This is just 'diluted' There's a way into a place like that A ritual A set of prescribed functions A door And I found it I'd turn up Leave one identity out side And pick another up on the way in It was simple 'Great' Identity-passport Passport-identity Get drunk Change Simple Observe, and write You should've heard me then doing the drunk Words in my head were pure Fucking great stuff But only so much got onto paper And thought I kept getting better (Kept practising) You just can't write that fast Exchange a bit one identity Slip into a bit of the other Get into another place See the world from a different perspective Occupy another space and collect them juicy 'stuffs' in there The suit wipes its nose on the wrist The suit leans against the glass open at the neck Scratches down the inside of its back Scratches down its neck Scratches its nose Wipes its nose with the back of the other hand Holds onto the pole a little stainless steel in the palm The suit picks it turns its back and goes straight up the nostril with the other fingers Scratches up its lip its neck its chin Wipes its face with the other hand its face up against the doors is waiting for the arriving platforms I became consciously aware, and began using, the 'music of cities' after a two week work stay in NewYork That's where I literally 'woke up on it' one morning, lying in bed, hearing the sound of the Manhattan rush-hour, as if it was the most magnificently and deliberately scored sound track."
