Has anyone who didn't received the link started a refund process? (I got nothing since the initial receipt emails - no mail with a link to the ticket sale)

My first complaint email that no link was sent to me was replied to by a boilerplate reply that was unconnected to my complaint. I've mailed again specifically asking for a refund.

Anyone had any luck?

I looked into getting a refund (decided to order from the Australian re-seller they announced a few days later to save myself $30), but their refund policy is not exactly very promising. In short, it's "sorry, no refunds":

So Amazon US wants $149.99 for this... I just ordered it from the UW Shop since the conversion came out to $116.95 shipped. I'll just have to wait a few days longer, but worth the savings. And now I can listen to the Cowgirl Remaster.... Everything, Everything....
