well it is the biggest selling 12"of all time... so its pretty popular, and in 1983, was the waaaay to ahead of its time

but to single out one track as THE best is impossible to do considering the number of records released in the 10 years of 1980-89

but Blue Monday would have to be considered for sure... on basis of its history and popularity....
