For HMH in Amsterdam, the best place is the Jinzo Bar which is right opposite the front door of the venue, and very easy to find.

For ILT... erm... dunno! Last time, we met at some out-of-the-way place largely based on some members of the touring fan group wanting to watch football on wide-screen telly.
