The dutch version of ebay has a link that gives all underworld items at ebay worldwide if you do a search for them. 'Watch all objects, also by international sellers'. Also there is a search option to search in the EU or worldwide at the left sidebar when you are on the search result page.
I see that it is there on ebay.com too. Hope that helps. Best markets still are the US, UK, Germany tho. For Items in Japan you will have to use yahooauctions (+ a middleman cos they don't ship outside .jp)
