Dirty compilation 2009

I have a track basically ready to go. Should I just post a link here, or should I send it to someone specific? Maybe Mike since he said he could host the compilation (thanks Mike!), or is someone looking to kind of master this whole thing so we have consistent volumes and such?

Im letting the juices build up, then ill record whatever happens, probably on wednesday

if you want, you can send me the files and i'll master them for you. i'm about to move, but someone hit me up via email. shane@marshallwatson.net. if you are quick about it, I can do it in the next two days. Otherwise, I can do it when I get set up in San Francisco; after this weekend. Either way, I'm happy to do it. Just let me know.

Goin through the messages and if no one minds, shall we play it like this:-

Maus - to host a page again as of previous years (would be very kind!)

Holden - to supply artwork

Mike - to feature the comp on Dirty Radio (would be very kind!)

Marshall - to master the comp if he don't mind.

Comp title - 'Sweet in Winter, Sweet in Rain'

If we aim to get tracks in by next weekend initially and if anyone is pushed for time still have another week after to get them in if needed!

All this can change obviously just a suggestion to tie things together!

i'm shutting down the studio for a couple of weeks. i'll be in comunication with laptop, but wont' have access to machinery. if this timeline works, I can help out. If not, I pass the torch.

That would probably work out ok, gives everyone a couple of weeks to get tracks in.
Would you want us to email the tracks over direct to you as mp3's or download links to wav files for mastering?

Holden, the artwork looks cool, I was not sure if the font at the top looks right or not, I am no artist so don't hold me to this! Nice work mate.

Sent an mp3 of my track to Mike yesterday, and he was kind enough to put it up on dirtyRadio for the time being. You can check it out here.

I can make the WAV version of the track available to whoever ends up doing the compilation mastering as well (thanks for the offer, Prof). Just let me know and I'll upload and send the link.

I'm now sending you two unmastered tracks. My primal contribution will be 'reality check'. The second track 'I need you' I send you already, in case we use the opportunity to contribute more tracks.
