I'm not really sure where to post this, but i guess this is as good as anything.

i read that apple has added paypal for use in purchasing tracks.

does anyone know if it works on international songs? or is it
only for tracks in the US store.

According to this, it only works in a few countries, and it doesn't help you bypass country restrictions, as they check the country of origin for your PayPal account:
