But seriously, Spain for a semester should be a wonderful experience in terms of broadening your perspective of how people live, culture broadly defined. From the time i've spent abroad (Argentina, Spain, Brazil, Poland, Holland, Denmark, England, Belgium...), i've learned that just because something is "different" doesn't make it bad, or necessarily good. Just different. Take what you like, and when you're back home, you'll appreciate certain things you once took for granted, plus be willing to expand your own repertoire!
