Breaking and Entering?

So I've admittedly fallen off of following Underworld's every move...and noticed in the 2007 wishlist thread there was talk about a LOT of stuff I've never heard of, let alone heard. So I wandered over to the discography section and saw a new album...

"Breaking and Entering" released in 2006 on V2.

What's this then?

Is it a new album proper by the boys? or some sort of side project thing?

Any details would be greatly appreciated....
