i am hoping hoping HOPING this turns out OK... I am actually in the camp that Michael Bay is a good choice to direct a Transformers movie but the little that I've read of the script is... PROBLEMATIC. that link above about the xbox 360 is just the tip of the iceberg...

In the past, most every film released July 4 tends to be a big pile of poo.

I'm worried about the movie not because of the animations and plot tweaks but the fact much of this movie (from what I've read in terms of script reviews) appears to deal with humans and the transformers themselves are the eye candy in-between "acting" scenes.

If humans were eliminated from the movie equation altogether, I wouldn't mind one bit.
