agree re: tortoise being boring now. i lost interest after TNT but seeing them just after Millions Living was one of the finest live shows i've seen.

thanks for the recommendation. half this albumn is stunning and the other half is fairly cuttable... or maybe is just too wierd... but it's one of those ones where some peeps favorites might be my least favorite...

After some heavy rotation, my conclusion is that this album is absolute genius. Love every track on this!

i love this record, it's so expansive.

at first i worried that it was 95% surprising and 5% memorable, but i keep coming back to it. this is great.

My friend got me into this album a few weeks ago, and I (rather luckily) caught them in Orlando last night -- what a show. The drummer is amazing to watch, never seen anything like it.

I have to say, seeing them live made me appreciate the album a lot more.
