The Mountain Goats, great stuff. I don't have any of the earlier albums, but I really like the Sunset Tree. Haven't listened to much of Get Lonely. I do like the song 'Moon Over Goldsboro' but that's partly because it was one of those dorky moments where I just bought the cd the day before before a business trip, that, while entirely improbable, happened to be to Goldsboro, North Carolina. John Darnielle know how to write such simple yet powerful songs, and still tell intensely personal stories, without getting overbearing. Talk about an album-writing machine, too. There's a new album everytime Recommeneded all around.
