Great free-folk with an expansive gothic-Americana feel.

Black Keys 12/1 Chicago @ Metro
Whiskey-soaked fuzzy blues rock. I love this band.

Coctails 12/18 Chicago @ Abbey Pub
Lounge/jazz/indie-rock Chicago legends. They broke up in '99 but they've been playing shows recently. Really looking forward to it.

My last show was Kraftwerk in May, but will get to see:

Front 242, 11/28/05, 9:30 Club (Washington DC). They were last in the States in '98.

I saw 242 in NYC in 2000. That was a small tour though.
