I wouldn't take Barry because his duties are going to change if he gets transferred to Liverpool. I see other little... potential hiccups in your plan.
I'm not sure how transfers work in PL sanctioned fantasy, but you have 5 per month and 30 total on Sky Sports. I'm playing both just to see how it goes.
