Re: Restored (it is what it is) Mix
Thanks for listening, and glad you liked it! I love doing bedroom djing, but i'm getting embarrassingly low on recent tunes. i need some new bands to get me amped to buy.
The "remix" of Depeche Mode's "Rush" is pretty much me just speeding it up (significantly!) to match the other tracks' general tempo, plus some extra beats and effects. So i guess more a mix than a proper remixing. Perhaps i'll work on it some more, but I've loved that track pretty much as-is since i bought "Songs of Faith and Devotion" on cassette so many years ago! Along with Moby and Erasure, DM taught me there was this electronic sound that appealed to my tweenage ears more than the alt-rock of the day. And the rest, as they say, is history!

That mix looks very interesting - unfortunately, sendspace always tells me, "Sorry, the free service is at full capacity." I've tried and re-tried dozens of times, but to no avail.
