Re: In Rainbows - Where will it chart?
Hail to the Thief was a horrible album, I made me lost interest on Radiohead for a couple of years somehow.

Re: In Rainbows - Where will it chart?
i may be a slavering slobbering fangirl, but hail to the thief was great. fie on anyone who says otherwise.
![]() i was just telling the spouse the other day that although i consider underworld to be my "favorite," they still create tracks that i don't particularly like. at least one per album. radiohead, on the other hand, has never created a single track i didn't like. they've never missed, in my book. a couple of close calls but nothing i'd just flat out skip over. but they're still second to underworld in my estimation because underworld's peaks are so much greater and inspire a much more intense emotional reaction in me. how great was this fall for me, with my two most favoritest bands in the world releasing such stellar albums in the same month?

Re: In Rainbows - Where will it chart?
nme's saying it's headed for #1. (I assume this is UK.)
of course it's the only album of note being released at this odd time of the year and it got plenty of publicity the past couple of months, so I'm not surprised. (oddly enough, listening to their Scotch Mist broadcast now) bh |
